If you have authorized Putler to download PayPal transactions on your behalf, Putler will now get your data in half the time… We introduced “No-API-Needed-Allow-Putler-To-Pull-Your-PayPal-Data” support in August 2012. Instead of Putler making direct requests to PayPal servers (which requires your PayPal API information), the new method routes requests via our server.
