Coming soon: maximize Putler and Subscriptions dashboard

Many of you have asked if Putler window can be maximized. This would make it easier to work with longer product / customer names and give Putler a more dashboard like feel. We have added support for maximizing Putler in our internal builds and are waiting for a couple of other fixes before we release it to you.

We are also adding a new Subscriptions Dashboard. This is the place where you can see reports about your recurring sales. If you are offering a continuity program / membership system / subscription based SaaS – the Subscription Dashboard will be very helpful to you.

We plan to add details about New, Ongoing, Cancelled, Lapsed subscriptions. History of each subscription. Contribution of recurring sales to total. And the ability to provide refunds and cancel / suspend subscriptions.

What would you like to see in the Subscription Dashboard? What will be most useful to you?

These are really some great additions but what’s about a full functioning csv export? Right now csv export is unusable as it has many IMPORTANT fields missing (Product titles, address,…).

@Frank: Adding product details to CSV export needs some thinking – mainly because each row in a CSV file contains one transaction. Showing multiple products in one row is not possible – unless we concatenate them all together…

When is the Subscription Dashboard finally ready??

This is taking us way longer than we expected. We are skipping a full blown subscription dashboard for now, but adding support for canceling / refunding subscriptions. We are currently testing this version and plan to release it by first week of May.
