Changing Your Account Password or Email Address

How to change the email address?

Once signed up, you cannot change the email address linked to your account.

This happens because once a user signs up, our system links the user email to that account. And once linked, the system doesn’t allow to edit or update this email address.

How to change the password?

Unlike the email address, the password is completely at your discretion. You can change it anytime.

Steps to change your password

• Log in to Putler
• Go to Settings
• Go to Profile
• Click on Change password
