Tracking Refund Rates Across Products and Stores
How to monitor overall refund rates, analyze returned products, and spot refund spikes across your stores in Putler.
To view the refund rate, navigate to the Products dashboard and select the specific product you’re interested in. Once you click on the product, a product card will open, and you’ll find the refund rate information displayed within this card.
