Change password / email

How to change the email address?​

Once signed up, you cannot change the email address linked to your account.

This happens because once a user signs up, our system links the user email to that account. And once linked, the system doesn't allow to edit or update this email address.

How to change the password?​

Unlike the email address, the password is completely at your discretion. You can change it anytime.

  • Log in to Putler
  • Click on the profile picture icon at the left bottom corner
  • Click on Settings
  • Go to Profile
  • Click on 'Change Password'
