How to Switch Between Light and Dark Modes in Putler?

With the new Putler UI, you can easily switch between light and dark modes to match your preferences.

Follow the steps below based on your browser:

Google Chrome​

Windows, Mac, Linux

If you're using Google Chrome, Putler's new UI will automatically adjust to match the theme set on your system. So, whether you prefer a light or dark mode, Putler will seamlessly adapt to your preferences without any extra steps needed.

Microsoft Edge​

Windows

  • Open Microsoft Edge.
  • Click on the three dots at the top right corner to open the Edge menu.
  • Select Settings from the menu.
  • In the left sidebar, click on Appearance.
  • Under Default theme, select either "Light or Dark mode" based on your preference.

Safari​

Mac

  • Open Safari.
  • Click on Safari in the menu bar.
  • Select Preferences from the drop-down menu.
  • Go to the General tab.
  • Under Appearance, select either Light or Dark mode based on your preference.

Mozilla Firefox​

  • Open Mozilla Firefox.
  • Click on the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner to open the Firefox menu.
  • Select Add-ons from the menu.
  • In the Add-ons Manager, click on the Themes tab in the left sidebar.
  • Under Default Theme, you can choose between Light and Dark themes based on your preference.

Brave​

  • Open the Brave browser on your computer.
  • Click on the three horizontal lines (hamburger icon) in the top-right corner to open the menu.
  • Select Settings from the menu.
  • In the Settings tab, click on Appearance in the left sidebar.
  • Under the Theme section, you will find options for Appearance. Choose either "Light" or "Dark" based on your preference.
tip
  1. Putler now syncs with your browser theme. If your browser preference is in dark mode, Putler will automatically match that.
  2. You can adjust your browser's theme settings to switch between light and dark modes in Putler.
  3. Make sure to refresh Putler after changing the browser theme settings to apply the changes. Now, you can enjoy using Putler in your preferred mode!
